It’s not easy when you don’t speak the language and are located abroad so you should consider our tailor-made management services.

Our team, including our own in-house lawyer has more than 13 years experience in property lettings and management. Whatever your situation, we offer a package of services to maintain your property and to ensure it works for you, completing all the necessary local formalities such as:

  • Registering the property with the Junta de Andalucía
  • Preparing your property according to local regulations and letting   requirements
  • Listing your property on our website as well as some of the leading, international holiday rental sites such as Airbnb, and replying to enquiries
  • Signing up with local police in accordance with the Hotel Guest Registration Act

Management Services:

  • Holding a spare key for your property
  • Visiting a vacant property once a week to make a visual check, flushing toilets, airing, reporting on and dealing efficiently with any necessary issues
  • Quotes and supervision for repairs and maintenance
  • “Meet & Greet” service for guests available*
  • Cleaning service – arranging cleaning and laundry** – before and after guests
  • Shopping service – purchase of basics and cleaning materials where needed***
  • Troubleshooting 24 hours (on hand by phone to deal with any major issues including calling service for technicians and access for repairing (Any cost of repairs will require extra billing).
  • Visits to take delivery of items if required
  • Collection of post if requested and forwarding of any urgent post by mail.
  • Checking inventory after guests have left and advising of any damage/loss/managing deposit

Additional Management Services:

  • We have excellent gardeners at our disposal, suitable for all types of gardening maintenance: cutting grass, keeping planters tidy, trimming trees, watering on a regular basis as well as pool maintenance
  • Payment of utility bills if required
  • Arranging personal tax declarations and yearly IBI (Town Hall House Taxes)
  • Negotiating and paying insurance cover
  • Quarterly tax declarations


     *    Four visits per month included. Extras and visits outside reasonable working hours subject to a small extra fee
