Documentation needed to apply for a mortgage in Spain

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE:

• Proof of income i.e. last P60/P7 (Tax Return)
• Last three months salary pay slips – showing minimum net income monthly
• Last three months bank statements
• Letter from your employer stating position and income
• Copy of your passport

IF YOU ARE SELF EMPLOYED:

• Last three years audited accounts
• Last 2 years tax returns
• A letter from your accountant confirming annual drawings for the last 2 years and projected income for the coming year
• Last three months bank statements
• Copy of your passport
