Located in the quiet seaside village of Alcadesia, the penthouse is an ideal place to relax. With a huge sun terrace, including an outside dinning table, this property has been designed with al fresco living in mind providing an incredible 270 degree panoramic view towards Gibraltar. The property includes a large master bedroom with a seaview and en suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, an open fireplace and an internet TV box. The 30m swimming pool is directly below the penthouse and is open from May to October and includes a lifeguard.

With two golf courses, a beach ten minutes walk away and live music at the local DBlanco Restaurant Cafe/Bar (20 minutes walk away) there is plenty on the doorstep to enjoy. The village square, a 3 minutes drive or 20 minute walk, is located in the centre of Alcadiesa where local amenities include a small supermarket (suitable for basics), pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The award-winning La Finca Thai Fusion restaurant is located at the Eastern entrance to Alcaidesa.

There is underground private secure parking for two cars with a direct lift to the penthouse. We recommend you hire a car during your stay as there is a full supermarket in Sotogrande. Gibraltar is a 20 minute drive south for some duty free shopping. The famous golf clubs of Valderrama and San Roque, as well as the gorgeous marina at Sotogrande, are just a 10 minutes drive away. Puerto Banus and Marbella, the nightlife capitals of this area, are an easy 30 minute drive to the North West.
The windsurfing and kite surfing mecca of Tarifa is a simple 35 minutes drive and the famously beautiful beach at Bolonia, considered as Andalucia’s best beach, is just up the coast from Tarifa. You can hop on a ferry from Traifa to Morrocco for a day out.
You can fly into either Gibralter (20 minutes drive) or Malaga (1 hour 15 minutes drive) to access the apartment. This is our second home and so we are always adding home comforts to make it feel as welcoming and warm as possible. We hope you feel relaxed and refreshed after staying in the penthouse.
